Build with --enable-clhep is broken

Description

When building with --enable-clhep build failes with two errors on lines 68 and 95:

HepMC_Interface.C: In member function `void SHERPA::HepMC_Interface::InitTheMap()': HepMC_Interface.C:68: error: expected primary-expression before "if"

This is due to invalid expansion of macro "msg_Debugging" in ATOOLS-2.0.11/Org/Message.H

P.S. sherpa version is 1.0.11 which does not exist in "Version" property

Thank you for your bug report. We have fixed the mentioned compile error and provide a patch on our download page at ​http://projects.hepforge.org/sherpa/dokuwiki/downloads/sherpa-1.0.11

PS: I have also added version 1.0.11 to the tracker.
