Meaning of Comix and Amegic gauge tests

Description

While making a gauge test Comix and Amegic return 3 numbers. Numbers A and B and difference between them. I would like to ask what is the meaning of these numbers (how are they calculated) and if one should pay attention for A and B being << 1 or the relative difference between them.
