Description
I'm trying to understand the discrepancy between the UE at Tevatron and the LHC. Playing with prof-I (the interactive Professor toyHol) I see that the UE at 1960 GeV changes dramatically with the RESCALE_EXPONENT. I hadn't expected that, since 1800 = 1960 (for large 1800 and small 1960). This affects both the UE in QCD and in DY events.
Also the UE at 900 GeV moves in the same direction as the UE at 7 TeV when changing the RESCALE_EXPONENT.

Looks good! Fortunately this doesn't change the tune at 7 TeV, and maybe we can improve on the Tevatron description now.

Hi Hendrik,
can you check whether the problem is solved by r17574? Thanks
