Description

When running our PH_DY example on trunk, it throws the following error at the beginning of the integration: 

POWHEG_Process::CalculateTotalXSec(): Calculate xs for '2_2__j__j__e-__e+__QCD(BVIRS)'

238.398 pb +- ( 5.18506 pb = 2.17496 % ) 5000 ( 11002 -> 45.4 % )

Sherpa: Extra_Emission_Generator::GeneratePoint throws fatal error:

Part of the problem is fixed with r16949, but a new issue appeared. After a few iterations, a lot of nan momenta are produced.

I would prefer not to have this value!=0 check, because it prevents logging zero entries in the channels. Not that much of a problem on trunk, but this commit should not be merged into ph_nontrivial.
