Multiple Interactions and multithreads

Description

It seems that event generation with MI on doesn't work when Sherpa was configured for multithreading. Independent of the actual core process, e.g. our QCD+MI benchmark setup, Z+jets, H+jets, event generation comes to hold for the very first event. Without --enable-multithread things work nicely however.
