decays: Shower crash on top of ttH event with inclusive decays

Description
In some events of pp->ttH with inclusive decays of the final state the shower doesn't seem to cope with the following admittedly quite involved cluster amplitude. It seems like the reconstruction of the h->WW splitting fails (kt = -nan), possibly because we don't have a splitting kernel for that? But shouldn't there be some kind of fallback mechanism, or do we have to implement that splitting function?
On a related note (and maybe the underlying cause?), also in this cluster history and independent of the decays: The 2->3 ttH final state is clustered completely back to 2->2 tt. Is that really what we want?

One of the cluster amplitudes, corresponding to the intermediate step in a h->WW->Wqq' decay does not define a colour-kinematics partner for the pseudo-splitting. CSS therefore crashes in the singlet reconstruction.
