Is anyone working on this issue? If yes, can this someone please update the bug tracker from time to time? If not, or if the issue is solved, can we delete the ticket, please?

Haven't heard anything back from Sinead since my last email exchange with her last December, so assume things are fine for now. In case something comes up we'll reopen the ticket.
