Description
When enabling ISR off the initial state lepton in DIS, the default ISR-integrator (designed for pp-colllisions) does not perform well. We need to construct a dedicated integrator for the peak structure of ep->e+X.

Better integration performance is achieved in branches/nlomes@r16013 which will be the basis of release 1.2.3. Improvements mainly concern a dedicated ME level selector for Q2 cuts and the respective cut_data settings as well as the implementation of t-channel cuts in Comix. The ISR integrator in contrast performs rather well. This task became part of a slightly bigger overhaul of Comix' integrator that also improves the unweighting efficiency in other types of processes.
