Adapt Amegic's MHV processes to new coupling treatment

Description

Amegic's MHV processes are not capable of the new (and correct) couplings treatment yet. I have thus disabled them for the time being and as soon as Steffen (?) has fixed them we can re-enable them. This is not a release blocker IMO, because both Comix and Amegic-nonMHV can do these processes.
