Creation of MI grid fails when using ADD model

Description

Sherpa crashes when creating the MI grid while using the ADD model together with an underlying event. This does not occur in case of the SM. To reproduce the error, run the attached Run.dat once with and once without uncommenting the ADD-relevant lines in the (model) block.

This was caused by a clash of model requirements for the Internal ME library used for the MI grid. The problem is solved by applying the MPIforBSM.patch patch available from the download page.
