Weights not filled properly in sherpa.evts for enhance_factor

Description

While running sherpa with enhance_factor to enhance processes and write them out in sherpa format I get event weight = 1 instead 1/enhance_factor as fourth argument in the first line of an event record.

The attached sherpa-weight.patch applies to version 1.1.2. In case somebody needs that patch for version 1.1.3 as well, I am attaching it separately as sherpa-weight-1.1.3.patch
