Description
Using the attached run card for Drell-Yan RS events the integration gives non-sense results when using CT10 PDFs via the LHAPDF6 interface. Using the internal CT10 implementation or the old LHAPDF5 fortran interface works just fine. Also, when changing from p-pbar to p-p initial states everything works fine and nicely agrees. I checked that the other cross section parts agree and the PDF interface as such looks sound. Funny enough both Comix and Amegic give these weird results. Anyone any hint what part of the subtraction implementation Amegic & Comix share that depends on the PDFs? Hints welcome.

I think you are missing the closing "}(isr)" statement. Inserting this, the internal ct10 and LHPADF6's CT10 PDFs give consistent results, at least in the integration. Internal ct10: 3.86062 pb +- ( 0.013495 pb = 0.349556 % ) LHAPDF 6.1.5 CT10: 3.86178 pb +- ( 0.0134968 pb = 0.349497 % )
Cheers, Marek

Thanks Marek, however the problem for the Tevatron Beam setup remains still. I reopen the ticket for that reason.
