Multithreading bug

Description

When compiled with multithreading, Sherpa crashes during cross section integration in Examples/H_in_GluonFusion/LHC_HJets_Inclusive. According to a debugger, it is a segfault in line 428 of AMEGIC++/Cluster/Combine_Table.C.

Without multithreading it works fine.
