MPI for tops seems broken

Description
When trying to integrate xsec with FS tops the integration stalls. While MPI works for massless FS and the single core integration also works for massive states.

It seems to be related to the subdirectory specification in RESULT_DIRECTORY=results/tt_pt1000_n0
. If I mkdir results
first, everything works fine.
I'll look into it, must be some kind of race condition when trying to sqlite-open the results/tt_pt1000_n0.db file. But at least it's far from a default setup, and there is the workaround of simply creating the directory first.
Can you confirm that this also fixes it for you?
