Feature request: 'ETA_DOWN' ordering in selector

Reported by: David Hall <David.Hall@physics.ox.ac.uk> Owned by: support@sherpa-mc.de

Description

When using a universal selector, you can apply cuts to objects ordered in different ways. These are always ordered in descending order (e.g. highest pT first) which is normally what we want.

I would suggest that for eta ordering, it would be useful to be able to order in ascending order, since we normally require central objects rather than forward objects. This is just for convenience since I realise this is already achievable using the ETA_UP ordering.
