This ticket contains instructions for compiling and running Sherpa on Cray XE6 / XK7 systems.

Configure with 

./configure <your options> --enable-mpi --host=i686-pc-linux CC=CC CXX=CC FC='ftn -fPIC' LDFLAGS=-dynamic

Run interactively with 

aprun -n <nofcores> <prefix>/bin/Sherpa -lrun.log

or submit a script which must contain the line 

export CRAY_ROOTFS=DSL

before Sherpa is started with aprun.
