Since the restructuring of the Examples directory, the Examples/Tevatron_WJets example, which is extensively referred to in Section "2.2 Running Sherpa" of our manual, does not exist anymore. Several other parts of the manual need updating.

On the versions of the manual that can be consulted online/downloaded with the package on the 15 july 2013, there is still extensive reference to Examples/Tevatron_WJets, that is however not present.
Replying to marek:
This is fixed with r21281. However, there are many more places in the general intro of the manual that need update. I therefore leave this ticket open for now.
