Description

Introduce switch to allow for unordered clusterings separately in METS scale setter and in shower clustering. Ideally this should be multiplicity dependent, such that it can be used for the high-multi final states where ordered clustering becomes prohibitive.

This feature is implemented on trunk and can be enabled using METS_CLUSTER_MODE=16.
