Done for MC@NLO. Don't think we need this for POWHEG anymore, but if anybody volunteers to implement it, I'll be happy. MENLOPS to be checked, likely to remain partially weighted by local K-factor. Don't think this is a big problem either. Also checked ME+PS unweighted vs. weighted events. All ok and done in r19032.
