Description
The tau BRs into electron and muon should include the decay + gamma BRs, as those are generated by PHOTONS.

If I am not mistaken, the numbers quoted by the PDG for the tau -> e/mu decays are inclusive, i.e. including the radiative decay modes. Also, otherwise, lepton universality would be broken. Given these numbers the fraction of radiative decay modes is then correctly calculated by Photons, see eg. the Photons paper arXiv:0810.5071.
