Description

Unify the meaning of Order_EW and Order_QCD between Comix and Amegic such that switching from one to the other can simply be done by ME_SIGNAL_GENERATOR switch.

This is not needed anymore. Sherpa is unlikely to be run in ME decay mode since we have the hard decay package.
