CS subtraction terms slow

Description

Compared to Tanju's original implementation, Single_Real_Correction::operator() slows down by a factor of ~2 for W+j in version 1.3.0. Valgrind did not help to spot the reason. As far as I can tell, it is not related to the changes in trigger methods and gauge test.
