AMEGIC::Cluster_Algorithm::Cluster() fails in H->ZZ events

Description

The powheg pp->h->ZZ setup in Examples/LHC_HZZ_POWHEG/Run.dat produces many errors in amegic's clustering routines: 'Cluster_Algorithm::Cluster(): Failed to determine configuration. Rejecting point.'. This occurs in ~50% of all events.
