DIS ME from Internal broken — at Initial Version

Description
The internal ME generator returns matrix elements for DIS, but neither is their value correct, nor does the integration converge (e.g. in the HERA_DIS setup). Does anybody know whether this behaviour is intentional or accidental? If not, and if the ticket remains unassigned until Monday morning PST, I will disable these ME from Internal.
