HepEvt interface wrongly assigns mother particles to protons

Description

This only seems to happen to the protons and only occurs when AMISIC is switched on.

Blobs related to secondary interactions have not been correctly taken into account when filling the HepEvt output. Patches are provided on the download pages for Sherpa versions 1.2.2 and 1.2.3.
