Flux missing when calculating decay widths

Description

When decay widths are calculated in the processes section, e.g. 

(processes){
  Process : 23 -> 11 -11
  End process
}(processes)

then the final number doesn't include the flux factor 1/(2M) due to a recent change in the phase space handler.

patch -p0 < decays-flux.patch
make install
