In comparing LO ttZ and ttW+- production (tops and W bosons stable) I see differences in the LO cross section between Comix and Amegic for trunk r25963 with METS scale setter:

ttW --- Comix 0.2052(3) Amegic 0.1836(3)

% difference 10.5 d(sigma) 54

ttZ --- Comix 0.1903(4) Amegic 0.1964(2)

% diff 3.2 d(sigma) 12.4

Both COMIX and AMEGIC give the same results for fixed scale choice
