It seems that "user" account is not allowed to view WikiFormatting page pointed by the link above description textbox when entering issues

To avoid spam in the bug tracker, we had to disable anonymous bug reporting. As a workaround, all users have to login with username "user" and password "sherpa" using the "Login" link at the right top. You will then be able to create new tickets or modify existing tickets (adding comments, changing status, ...).

When you report a ticket using this generic username, please make sure that you add your email address to the "Cc:" field, such that you are kept updated about the ticket. We require this information before we start working on a reported issue, because otherwise we might be wasting time without being able to contact the reporter should we have further questions at some point.

To avoid your email address being exposed to spam robots we only allow logged in users to view ticket details (use the same username as above to login).
