Reconsider some default switches — at Initial Version

Description

Some switches that we might want to consider as defaults in the next major version:

  • Max_Epsilon 1e-3 (overweighting is correctly handled now)
  • WRITE_MAPPING_FILE=3
  • CSS_AS_*_FAC=0.4

Please collect more that you would consider reasonable.
